Lord Buddha Painting

This is my latest work in project. I still have to add the neck and the top of his robes (which will be orange) but this is what I've done so far. And of course these pictures don't do it justice. Pictures can never give the fullest vision of a piece. I wish you could all see it in person.

It's titled, "Lord Buddha."

Excellent James, can't wait till it's finished. BTW do you ever do a showing of your work? It would be more than worth the ride up north to see it.

Thank-you. I find great peace and relaxing in my painting. It is a great gift that I enjoy sharing with others.

No shows yet. Hopefully soon. I am honored that you like my art enough to come up to a show.

I will have prints of this painting available soon after I finish it if you want one.

Beautiful, indeed! The foreground is indeed amazing, but your choice of background is what helps it "pop."

Wait till you see the finished product. It's done and looks fantastic!! Now if only blogger would cooperate and allow me to post pix.

Thank-you. :)

Yes indeed. That would be cool to have you visit but I understand about money. I will have prints available to buy soon for $30 but for my blogger friends I'll sell it for $25. :)

Thanks!! Yeah, I think it's alive and jumps out as well. I've been told that my art always somehow does that. I will let you know when I have prints available for you. :)

Zach, Belly:

Thank-you for the compliments. I will post the final picture as soon as I figure out why I can't post pictures lately. :( Belly, I am doing well. :)
